Epic Games Store has confirmed its game giveaway plans for early April 2026. Reverting to one title, the storefront has decided to offer a slice-em-up brawler with online multiplayer and cross-platform support.

Currently, one can add five games for free to their Epic Games library. As always, these giveaways are only available for a short time. Please see our corresponding article for more details about the storefront's new free games.

Additionally, Epic Games has confirmed what will be replacing these current giveaways. Despite preparing to start a new month, Epic Games has only committed to discounting a single title next week. There is every chance that developers discount additional games independent of Epic Games' official offering, though.

Setting that aside, Epic Games has confirmed that it will be giving away Clone Drone in the Danger Zone between April 2 and April 9. Another indie title, Clone Drone in the Danger Zone retails for $19.99 and maintains Overwhelmingly Positive reviews on Steam. Similarly, the game averages 82/100 on Metacritic thanks to its engaging mechanics and shallow learning curve.

Also, next week's giveaway supports single-player, online PvP, online co-op and cross-platform multiplayer modes. Moreover, the game is said to offer full Xbox controller support with controllers like the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 Wireless (curr. $49 on Amazon). Please see the videos above and below for more details.
