Yesterday, we reported on the POCO X4 and POCO X4 NFC, two devices that have appeared at regulatory bodies. According to 91mobiles, Xiaomi plans to release the POCO X4 Pro and POCO X4 GT too, mirroring the POCO X3 series. Reputedly, Xiaomi is preparing to release the POCO C4 as well, which may be a re-brand of the Redmi 10C.
Supposedly, the POCO X4 and POCO X4 NFC will arrive first, with both debuting in Q1 2022. As expected, only India will receive the POCO X4, matching Xiaomi's approach with the POCO X3. By contrast, the POCO X4 NFC will be available globally. While the pair are likely to be similar devices, the POCO X4 NFC may have a smaller battery than the POCO X4, along with NFC capabilities.
There will also be a European version of the POCO X4 NFC that has already entered testing in the region. Additionally, Xiaomi is developing the POCO X4 GT, but only as a global model. For some reason, Xiaomi has no plans to release the POCO X4 GT in India, currently.
The POCO X4 Pro should launch globally and in India, though. Unfortunately, 91mobiles asserts that the POCO X4 Pro will not launch for 'a while'. Xiaomi unveiled the POCO X3 Pro in March, for reference.
