Garmin has presented the Enduro 2, its latest flagship smartwatch. Equipped with a 1.4-inch transflective memory-in-pixel (MIP) display operating at 280 x 280 pixels, the Enduro 2 is only available in a 51 mm case size with 26 mm-wide watch bands. Additionally, the smartwatch weighs 70 g, or 64 g with just its case included. For reference, the Enduro 2 is waterproof up to 10 ATM, too.
Additionally, the smartwatch has a titanium bezel, a fibre-reinforced polymer case and a titanium rear cover. Garmin adds that the Enduro 2 comes with 32 GB of storage, on which the company has included its usual suite of exercise, sports and health monitoring apps. Moreover, Garmin has included a multi-LED flashlight, which the company markets as being twice as bright as the equivalent in the Fenix 7X. Predictably, Garmin has pre-installed Garmin Pay and its Connect IQ Store.
Allegedly, the Enduro 2 can last up to 34 days, or 46 days if you purchase the solar model. Additionally, all Enduro 2 smartwatches should offer over 100 hours of battery life with GPS enabled, which drops to under 78 hours with all satellite systems enabled and to 20 hours if you enable all satellite systems and play music continuously. Currently, the Enduro 2 costs US$1,099.99 and only comes in one colour.
