Xiaomi confirms probable Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus release while celebrating milestone sales record

Xiaomi has now started teasing the release of new Redmi Note smartphones, almost a year on from the introduction of the Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus (curr. $379 on Amazon). For context, the company is expected to replace these with direct successors called the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus, which should eventually receive a global release under multiple guises.

For now, Xiaomi is concentrating on the Redmi Note 14 series in China, where it appears destined to launch first. To that end, the company has confirmed that the Redmi Note 14 series 'will be released this month'. Incidentally, Xiaomi decided to confirm a major new release as part of celebrating the sale of 420 million Redmi Note series smartphones globally since their debut a decade ago.

Unfortunately, Xiaomi has not provided any further details about the Redmi Note 14 series yet. With that being said, a few elements can be inferred, particularly given that we are already halfway through September. For example, Xiaomi tends to share about a week of teasers on Weibo before actually releasing new products. Thus, we suspect that Xiaomi will begin sharing tidbits about its next mid-range smartphones later this week or Sunday at the latest.
