The Coros Pace 3 is a compact smartwatch available in multiple styles for US$229. According to the company, the Pace 3 packs plenty of features into its 11.7 mm shell and should deliver up to 24 days of continuous use thanks to its transflective LCD panel.

Coros has started selling the Pace 3, a new GPS smartwatch available with only a 1.2-inch display. According to Coros, the smartwatch relies on a transflective LCD panel that resolves at 240 x 240 pixels and can display 64 colours. While Garmin equips the new Venu 3 series with a superior AMOLED panel, the energy-efficient display in the Coros Pace 3 helps it outlast many of its competitors.

Reportedly, the Pace 3 should typically deliver 24 days of battery life, 10 days more than the Garmin Venu 3. Additionally, the transflective LCD panel should remain easily readable even in bright sunlight. Moreover, Coros has included 5 LEDs and 4 photodetectors on the smartwatch's rear panel for measuring numerous health statistics, such as your heart rate, sleep quality and blood oxygen levels.

Furthermore, the Coros Pace 3 supports BeiDou, Galileo, GLONASS, GPS, and QZSS location services, which can tie in with third-party navigation apps like Komoot and Stryd. Elsewhere, Coros has integrated a barometer, a digital compass and a thermometer for various use cases. The Coros Pace 3 is orderable with Nylon or Silicone straps, all for US$229. Please see Coros' website for more details.
