Leak reveals CMF by Nothing smartwatch, earbuds and GaN charger
Earlier this month, Nothing confirmed the launch of CMF, a sub-brand that CEO Carl Pei described as being an acronym of 'Color, Material, Finish'. While CMF has not revealed any products yet, @techleakszone has shared various marketing materials and Nothing's internal comparison charts. As the source cannot be verified, the claims should be viewed with a healthy amount of scepticism for now, even though the products shown match Nothing's hints during its CMF announcement.
Seemingly, the highlight of CMF's product stack will be the Watch Pro, a rectangular-shaped smartwatch with an aluminium housing, an AMOLED display and IP68 certification. Based on the image below, the display measures 1.96-inches and delivers 600 nits peak brightness with a 50 Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the display supports an always-on mode and will come with over 100 pre-installed watch faces.
Additionally, the Watch Pro has 110 sport modes, a GPS module and a 330 mAh battery that should deliver up to 13 days of battery life, presumably in part due to CMF using a proprietary and lightweight OS. Furthermore, CMF is said to be launching the Watch Pro for INR 4,499 (~US$55) in India on September 26. Meanwhile, CMF is also rumoured to have developed Buds Pro earbuds and a GaN charger. Full specifications for both can be viewed in the graphics below, as can their alleged INR 3,499 (~US$42) and INR 2,999 (~US$36) launch prices, respectively. Unfortunately, a global release date remains unknown for any of CMF's inaugural products.
