Jabra has presented the Elite 10, one of two new audio products that the company has released today. According to the company, the Elite 10 are its most advanced earbuds yet, in part thanks to its support for Dolby Atmos with Dolby Head Tracking. According to Jabra, its new earbuds feature 10 mm drivers that cover 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz.
However, it is worth noting that the Elite 10 is incompatible with high fidelity Blueooth audio codecs. Instead, Jabra has only afford the earbuds AAC and SBC support, effectively the basic requirements for TWS earbuds. Thankfully, the modern Bluetooth 5.3 standard is offered, as is Bluetooth Multipoint. Additionally, the Elite 10 will only last up to 6 hours between charges with ANC enabled, with a 27-hour combined time when including its bundled charging case.
Moreover, the earbuds and charging case will take up to 3 hours to recharge fully either through a wired or Qi wireless connection. Separately, Jabra claims that the earbuds are IP57 certified against dust and water ingress, which should ensure they are hardy enough to withstand being used exercising. The Elite 10 is already available to order in multiple markets with Cocoa, Cream, Gloss Black, Matte Black and Titanium Black colourways offered at launch. For reference, Jabra charges US$249.99 for the Elite 10 in the US, £229.99 in the UK and €249.99 in the Eurozone. Please see Jabra's website for more details.
