Epic Games Store reveals penultimate free game giveaway of March 2025
This week's Epic Games Store free game giveaway is now live, having been refreshed earlier today. As we have covered separately, the storefront has now dropped Mortal Shell to $0.00, which can be picked up with a World of Warships bundle. Also, DLC for Mortal Shell can be had too, which transforms the game's atmosphere.
Epic Games Store has now revealed its plans for its next giveaway, which will commence at 15:00 UTC on March 20. As the video below implies, next week's free game will be Jurassic World Evolution 2, which still sells for $59.99. Developed and published by Frontier Developments, Jurassic World Evolution 2 is also available across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles, including the more affordable Xbox Series S (curr. $299.99 on Amazon).
Set after Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom but prior to Jurassic World Dominion, Jurassic World Evolution 2 builds on its direct predecessor with larger maps and new environments while still firmly being a construction and management simulation. Since its release, the game has averaged 76/100 on Metacritic and 79/100 on OpenCritic with 66% of critics recommending the game.
