The Vivo X200 Ultra is now official having been presented yesterday to compete with other Ultra flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (curr. $1,085 on Amazon). For context, Vivo unveiled the X200 Ultra alongside a slew of other devices, including the Pad 5 Pro tablet and the X200s smartphone, as well as the Watch 5 smartwatch. Officially, Vivo has not commented on whether any of these devices will be available globally any time soon.
Nonetheless, that has not stopped various retailers from offering Vivo's latest high-end smartphones worldwide as imports. For the time being, retailers are preferring the X200 Ultra over the X200s. At the time of publication only Giztop is offering the X200s, which it is selling for between $699 and $899 in a choice of four colours and five memory configurations.
By contrast, the X200 Ultra costs almost 60% more than the X200s. For now, Giztop is the cheapest importer that we can find. Even then, the X200 Ultra will set you back $1,099 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Currently, we have found the X200 Ultra across Average Dad Tech, Trading Shenzhen and Wonda Mobile too. However, all are more expensive than Giztop unless you opt for higher memory combinations like 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage.
Please note that imported devices will ship with OriginOS 5 rather than Funtouch 15 that Vivo pre-installs on devices globally. Typically, that would mean that the X200s and X200 Ultra would be incompatible with some Western services like Android Auto. In our experience, Android Auto works on OriginOS 5 without resorting to any workarounds, as does Google Wallet and banking apps. Certain Google Assistant and Gemini voice features will not operate as expected, though. Please see our Vivo X200s and X200 Ultra launch articles for technical details about both devices.
