Like in previous years, Apple is expected to unveil a new batch of four iPhone 17 models this September. These are rumored to be: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max. There have already been a bunch of leaks describing everything from the new camera bar and the camera hardware to the possible dimensions of the upcoming models. However, we haven’t heard much about the iPhone 17 colors.
A new leak from Majin Bu aims to change that. We now know, if the leak is accurate, the star color of the iPhone 17 Pro. The new color is said to be different from the metallic Titanium hues that Apple has offered with the iPhone 15 Pro and 16 Pro smartphones.
Apple iPhone 17 Pro's new Sky Blue color
Per the information received by Majin Bu from “sources close to the supply chain”, “Sky Blue” looks to be the premier color of the iPhone 17 Pro. The color reportedly looks “more stunning” than the iPhone 13 Pro’s Sierra Blue colorway. However, things could change as there are reportedly iPhone 17 Pro prototypes in different colors under testing.
While we won’t know for sure exactly how the Sky iPhone 17 Pro looks until we get official renders, Majin Bu has compared the color to the Sky Blue of the new MacBook Air M4. The leaker describes the color as a “soft, elegant blue” that is a “refined, bright, and modern shade”.
Sadly, this description is all we have on the color. So, until some renders leak, take the information with a grain of salt.
