Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 launching internationally soon with 4G and 5G smartphones

Xiaomi has finally confirmed details of its international launch plans for the Redmi Note 15 series. To recap, the company released the Redmi Note 15, Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus almost four months ago. However, that was only true in China.

Now, Xiaomi has begun teasing the introduction of the Redmi Note 15 5G outside its home market. For the time being, the company has only mentioned the device on its Indian social media channels. As a result, it seems that India will receive the Redmi Note 15 series first before other countries just like the Redmi Note 14 series before it.

Moreover, the addition of a '5G' suffix to the Redmi Note 15 indicates that Xiaomi will release dedicated 4G models as successors to the Redmi Note 14 4G and Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G (curr. $245 on Amazon). Based on recent leaks, the Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G will be launching in India alongside the standard Redmi Note 15 5G on January 6, too.
