RedMagic already unveiled the RedMagic 11 series smartphones (RedMagic 11 Pro and RedMagic 11 Pro+) in China in October last year. Now, the company has officially launched the RedMagic 11 Pro+ Golden Saga Limited Edition. The new Golden Saga Edition features a supercar-grade carbon fiber construction with an aerospace-grade back cover. On top of that, it comes with a metal frame with a silver mirror finish.
The main highlights of the smartphone are a gold-finish liquid cooling system, a gold-plated vapor chamber, and air ducts with gold and silver accents. Alongside the RedMagic 11 Pro+, RedMagic has also announced the RedMagic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro Golden Saga Limited Edition. As for price, the RedMagic 11 Pro+ Golden Saga Edition is priced at CNY 9,899 ($1,415) for the single 24 GB + 1 TB variant. The device will soon go on pre-order in China. However, there’s no word on international availability from the brand.
Specs-wise, it retains the same features as the standard RedMagic 11 Pro+. Under the hood, it’s powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. Furthermore, the smartphone sports a 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED display with a 144 Hz refresh rate. A 7,500 mAh battery powers the entire unit and supports 120 W wired and 80 W wireless charging.
Like other limited-edition smartphones, this smartphone also comes with special packaging and a gold-plated SIM ejector tool. In terms of lenses, there’s a 50 MP OIS-enabled primary camera complemented by a 50 MP ultra-wide shooter. On the other hand, the gold-plated gaming tablet also comes with the same features as the standard variant, including a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, an 8,200 mAh battery, and a 9.06-inch OLED display with a 165 Hz refresh rate.
