Those who want an iPhone 17 Pro but would like to avoid the high price tag could soon grab an alternative from Honor. According to a leaked poster, the company is working on a mid-range smartphone that more or less copies the design of Apple’s flagship, including at least one color variant. The only highlight of this clone appears to be the rumored battery capacity.

A large battery is certainly a nice thing to have. Several smartphones that are expected to come with a 10,000mAh capacity are likely hitting the market in 2026, a few of them will probably come from Honor. These include a gaming phone reportedly called Honor Win and the Honor X80, both of which could sport huge batteries. We have also previously reported on a potential Power 2 or Power Pro 2 smartphone with a 10,000mAh battery.

Now, an alleged promo poster has surfaced on the Chinese network Weibo, and it appears to show the design of this mid-range phone in three colors. Whether the poster is authentic cannot be confirmed, but it is currently circulating on social media due to its similarity to the iPhone 17 Pro. Some users are mocking it with comments like "Honor has no honor", a play on the manufacturer’s name, as Honor appears to copy the camera design but also the primary color of the iPhone 17 Pro.

Honor Power 2 on Geekbench

This smartphone with the model number SER-AN00 has also appeared on Geekbench. The handset seems to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 with 3.4GHz, which is expected to be found in many mid-range smartphones in 2026. Whether the Honor Power 2 will also come to the European market remains to be seen. The predecessor, which does not look like an iPhone, has not been released globally.
