Official: AMD launches new Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D processor globally

Lenovo has just launched the ThinkStation P4 powered by AMD's Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D processor. A 30-litre desktop, the ThinkStation P4 also features up to 256 GB of DDR5 RAM and possesses 96 GB VRAM thanks to Nvidia's RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition GPU. Please see our launch article for more details about the ThinkStation P4.
At the same time, AMD has officially announced the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D too, packing 3D V-Cache. For context, the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D was the subject of rumours back in mid-January. Not only has AMD confirmed the processor's existence, but it has also revealed all core specifications in the process.
Another Granite Ridge processor, the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D stacks up against other Ryzen 9000 desktop processors as follows:

In other words, the Ryzen 9 PRO 9965X3D cannot boost as high as the Ryzen 9 9950X3D or the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2 (curr. $899 on Amazon). Likewise, it has 33% less L3 cache than the Ryzen 9 9950X3D2.
