The latest mini PC from Kubb cools a powerful Intel Core Ultra X7 358H including an integrated Arc B390 iGPU without a fan, allowing the Kubb Fanless to operate silently even during extended gaming sessions.

The French mini PC specialist Kubb is upgrading one of its most popular models to Intel Panther Lake. The Kubb Fanless replaces the Intel Core Ultra 5 225H with the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H. This means that the mini PC should not only achieve a significantly higher CPU performance, but thanks to the integrated Intel Arc B390 iGPU, the gaming performance is also significantly better.

Intel's most powerful iGPU to date offers sufficient performance to smoothly display games such as Anno 117: Pax Romana, Forza Horizon 6 or The Outer Worlds 2 in 1,080p resolution with a medium level of detail. With a price of €1,850, the mini PC is even more expensive than some laptops with the same processor, but Kubb wants to convice customers with its silent operation. This is because the mini PC cools the Intel chip without a fan.

To make this possible, the housing is made of aluminum so that it can serve as a large heat sink. Circumferential cooling fins increase the surface area for more effective cooling. The cube-shaped PC has an edge length of 12 centimeters and offers space for two M.2 SSDs. The rear accommodates two USB-A ports, two Ethernet ports and two HDMI 2.1 ports, while the front features another USB-A port and two USB-C ports, including a port with support for Thunderbolt 4.

Pricing and availability

The Kubb Fanless Mini-PC with Intel Panther Lake is now available at the manufacturer's online store. A model with Intel Core Ultra X7 358H, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD costs €1,850 ($2,150) excluding shipping costs.
