Earlier today, Razer announced a new version of its Blade 16 gaming laptop with AMD's Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APU. Now, it has presented various other ancillary products, including an updated version of its Razer Nexus app. For context, Razer has been offering the Nexus app on Android and iOS for a few years as a subscription-free game launcher of sorts.
However, the company has now added PC Remote Play, which it claims to have optimised for the Kishi Ultra (curr. $129.99 on Amazon) controller and Razer Sensa HD Haptics on Android devices. In a press release, Razer asserts that the software provides full access to all games installed on a paired PC with 'no compromises on visual quality or game speed'.
Moreover, Razer boldly states that PC Remote Play can 'stream full-resolution games directly from PCs'. Unfortunately, it has not shared internet speed requirements yet. Added to that, the company's press release implies that PC Remote Play will work away from a home network, which took Sony over a year to implement on the PlayStation Portal. Please see Razer's website for more details.
