Razer asserts that it can make external display use more enlightened on a number of levels with the Monitor Stand Chroma. The accessory is touted to keep a screen at the ideal height for the user's health, and to keep the desk looking better and more streamlined thanks to its integrated USB-C hub. It ties these functions together in matte black aluminum for a high-end finish that highlights its inbuilt Chroma RGB.

Razer has come to CES 2025 to prove that it is far from out of things to upgrade with RGB. Following in the footsteps of its typically desk-dwelling kin such as the Strider Chroma Hybrid Gaming Mouse Mat, (now $129.99 on Amazon), the OEM's new Monitor Stand has been introduced as a member of the same LED-lit ecosystem.

The OEM asserts that the Stand's use-cases go beyond that into addressing more practical issues. It is rated to confer the most "ergonomic" of viewing angles on the monitor placed upon it, and will probably accommodate most of them at a length of 19.7 inches, a width of 8.27 inches and a maximum payload capacity of 20 kilograms (kg, or 44lb).

The Monitor Stand Chroma can also connect the user to extra ports: 1 USB-C, 1 HDMI 2.0 and dual USB 3.2 type-As, built right into its anodized aluminum sides for a potentially more efficient, cleaner desk set-up.

The accessory also comes with non-slip rubber feet to help ensure everything on the desk stays in place. The Monitor Stand Chroma is available to pre-order on razer.com from now at its recommended price of $199.99/€179.99.
