One-Netbook has already confirmed that its next gaming handheld will be the OneXFly F1 Pro. Expanding the OneXPlayer line-up after releasing the OneXGPU 2 as a more powerful successor to the OneXGPU (curr. $560 on Amazon), the OneXFly F1 Pro will marry a 144 Hz OLED display with AMD's recent Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APU. Thus, the OneXFly F1 Pro represents the first outing for the Radeon 890M iGPU in gaming handheld form.
To that end, One-Netbook has now demonstrated what gaming performance to expect from the Radeon 890M and OneXFly F1 Pro when they eventually arrive together. So far, the company has only outlined gaming performance in Black Myth: Wukong, which we benchmarked with numerous modern GPUs.
For context, the Arc Graphics 140V and Radeon 780M cannot even manage a stable 30 FPS at 1080p with low-quality settings enabled. Please note that this was with Temporal Super Resolution (TSR) set to 100, thereby eliminating resolution scaling.
By contrast, it appears that the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Radeon 890M average roughly 58 FPS with the same settings applied. Better still, the OneXFly F1 Pro manages this average framerate with a 15 W TDP. However, One-Netbook set resolution scaling to 65%, which is rather deceptive for comparison purposes. Thus, we would recommend reserving judgment for the time being.
