The French manufacturer Linutop has presented several new PC systems. Based on a Raspberry Pi 4 or an Intel Atom x5-Z8350, the Linutop XS3 and Linutop 6 should suit those looking for a new all-in-one mini PC. All run Linutop OS, a Xubuntu or Raspbian-based OS.

Brought to our attention by CNX Software, French manufacturer Linutop has released a new set of all-in-one mini PCs. Apparently also working on a Raspberry Pi 4-based board, the company has introduced the Linutop XS3 and Linutop 6, which both run the company's Linutop OS.

Linutop has based the XS3 on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, which also includes a 16 GB microSD card. Housed in an aluminium shell, the device retails for a rather pricey €189.00 (~US$213). The company sells a power supply and VESA mounting kit separately, for reference. The XS3 comes pre-loaded with a Raspbian version of Linutop OS, of course.

If you fancy an x86 machine instead, then there is the Linutop 6, which runs on an Intel Atom x5-Z8350. Complemented with 16 GB of flash storage and 2 GB of RAM, CNX Software reports that the Linutop is a modified Aaeon UP-GWS01. The Linutop 6 retails for €289.00 (~US$326) and comes with an x86 version of Linutop OS.
