A few Intel Panther Lake-based mini-PCs made their way to CES 2026 last week in Las Vegas. Since then, the likes of Minisforum have introduced other examples like the EliteMini M2 Pro to replace last year's M1 Pro (curr. $647 on Amazon).
Arguably, all of these were relatively tame mini-PCs without the flair of some that debuted in 2025. However, JWIPC has made an attempt at creating a Panther Lake mini-PC that stands out from the pack with the W144. Described as a 3.8 litre mini workstation spanning 267 x 197 x 73 mm, the JWIPC W144 likely leverages a Core Ultra X9 388H with Intel's Arc B390 iGPU. Additionally, the mini-PC will be available with up to 96 GB of LPDDR5X-9600 RAM, of which 90 GB can be assigned to its GPU.
Moreover, JWIPC has included a small front-facing display that can show key metrics while in use. As the images above and below show, JWIPC has integrated numerous front-facing ports beneath this display, as well as a power button with an integrated fingerprint scanner. Unfortunately, pricing and availability remain unknown for now.
