Miyoo has restocked the Flip, its attempt to dethrone the Anbernic RG35XX SP. Slightly smaller than its clamshell peer, the Miyoo Flip also has a pair of joysticks at its disposal for use when emulating systems like the Nintendo 64 and PlayStation Portable.

Miyoo finally released the Flip last month, having first teased the device in March 2024. Initially, the device was only sold on Amazon. However, Miyoo then brought the Flip to AliExpress in the same four colour options that were available on Amazon.

Unfortunately, demand for the Miyoo Flip is outstripping supply. As a result, the device quickly sold through its first batch. Thankfully, Miyoo has now restocked the Flip, which remains available on Amazon for $89.99 at the time of writing. Please note that it may be possible to pick up the device for upwards of $10 less on AliExpress than on Amazon.

With that being said, the Flip is now out of stock again on AliExpress. Presumably, Miyoo is planning more restocks in the coming weeks, though. Based on early reviews, the Miyoo Flip is capable of emulating systems like the Dreamcast, Nintendo 64 and PlayStation Portable. Ultimately, while the inclusion of two joysticks will be helpful when emulating these consoles, its SoC and 1 GB of RAM will prevent it from emulating all titles in these libraries.
