EMUI 10 has been available on the Mate 20 Lite for some time, albeit not worldwide. While there have been reports of some European handsets receiving EMUI 10 in November, Huawei only offered a release preview for the device globally. Last year, the Chinese company confirmed that all variants would eventually receive stable versions of EMUI 10 too, but did not offer any timescales.
The company reiterated this last week as part of a refreshed EMUI 10 release schedule, but just gave a vague timeframe of "in later months". The EMUI Twitter account then expanded upon this by informing fans that Huawei would begin rolling out EMUI 10 to the Mate 20 Lite from February onwards.
However, it seems that some devices have started receiving EMUI 10 ahead of schedule. As the screenshot below demonstrates, Huawei has already begun issuing V10.0.0.170 to the Mate 20 Lite. If you are yet to receive EMUI 10 on your device, then it should appear within the next week or so.
