Huawei started sending out the EMUI 10 update to its phones a few weeks ago. The rollout had been exclusive to the company's flagship phones, with the Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X, P30, P30 Pro, Honor View 20, Honor 20, and Honor 20 Pro receiving the update over the past two weeks. Phones powered by the last-gen flagship SoC, the Kirin 980, basically. Thankfully, the update is now rolling out to the company's mid-range phones.
Owners of the Huawei P Smart (2019) are now receiving the stable Android 10-based EMUI 10 update. The update looks to be going out to European models of the device, with users in UK and Croatia confirming receipt of the OTA. It weighs in at 3.42 GB, which is pretty lithe for an EMUI OS update.
Owners of the device who haven't seen the update may speed up the process by checking the HiCare app for updates.
