ZTE has confirmed that it will be bringing another smartphone to market under the Axon 30 series. The company has already released several Axon 30 smartphones, including the Axon 30 Ultra. Its new smartphone builds on that impressive foundation, but with even more memory.
Specifically, the Axon 30 Ultra Space Edition will offer 18 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage, specifications that few smartphones can match. Presumably, the Space Edition will retain the LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage that the regular Axon 30 Ultra has.
Seemingly, ZTE is so enamoured with the Space Edition's memory configuration that it has printed it on its back case. However, the rest of the device remains identical to the regular Axon 30 Ultra. Hence, the Space Edition has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display running at 144 Hz, a Snapdragon 888 SoC, a 4,600 mAh battery and four rear-facing cameras.
ZTE will unveil the Axon 30 Ultra Space Edition on November 25 in China. The device's limited edition nature could mean that it will remain a Chinese exclusive though, unfortunately.
