Garmin Fenix 6, Enduro, Marq, Quatix 6 and Tactix Delta series smartwatches receive bug fixes with new beta build
Garmin has introduced Beta Version 25.85 for Fenix 6, Enduro, Marq, Quatix 6 and Tactix Delta series smartwatches, the first Beta Program update in two weeks. While the version number jumps from 25.81 to 25.85, there are relatively few changes between builds. Seemingly, Garmin is closing in on a new stable build, with the company mentioning all changes from v25.10 to v25.85 in the latter's changelog.
According to Garmin, Beta Version 25.85 only includes bug fixes from v25.81. Specifically, the company claims to have addressed an issue where manual Wi-Fi synchronisations would be reported as having failed. Moreover, Beta Version 25.85 should show all saved waypoints on the waypoint list, which was not always the case on earlier beta builds. Also, Garmin outlines that it has bundled 'various system stability' improvements, albeit without providing any specifics.
For reference, Garmin will not automatically deliver Beta Version 25.85 to eligible smartwatches. Instead, you must manually download the latest beta build, the details for which Garmin provides on its website. Likewise, Garmin has shared various download links, which it splits between Fenix 6s, Fenix 6s Pro, Fenix 6, Fenix 6 Pro, Fenix 6X, Enduro and Marq smartwatches. Please see Garmin's forum post for more details.
