Oppo has presented the Find N3, a device that arrives less than a year after the Find N2. Despite an ongoing legal dispute with Nokia, Oppo has chosen to offer the Find N3 globally, a first for the series. As expected, the Find N3 is closer in size to the Galaxy Z Fold5 than its predecessor.
Specifically, the Find N3 is 153.4 mm tall, which is 1.5 mm shorter than the Galaxy Z Fold5 but 21.2 mm taller than the Find N2. Also, the Find N3 is 143.1 mm when unfolded or 73.3 mm in its folded state. Thus, the Find N3 is slightly wider than the Find N2 (140.5/72.6 mm) and significantly more so than the Galaxy Z Fold5 (129.9/67.1 mm).
Still, the Find N3 is lighter than Samsung's alternative, regardless of whether you opt for its Classic Black leather edition (239 g) or its Champagne Gold edition (245 g). Meanwhile, a 4,805 mAh battery powers the Find N3, as does a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Oppo has included 48 MP primary, 64 MP telephoto (3x zoom), 48 MP ultra-wide-angle, 20 MP interior and 32 MP front-facing cameras.
As far as we can tell, Oppo has included upgraded primary and telephoto cameras but unchanged ultra-wide-angle and cover display cameras. Conversely, the Find N3 has a weaker interior camera than its predecessor, which relies upon the same 32 MP front-facing camera. Currently, Oppo has only outlined the device's availability in Singapore, where it retails for SGD$2,399 (~US$1,746). The company's press release does not mention if or when the Find N3 will be coming to other markets, either. For reference, Oppo will open Find N3 pre-orders in Singapore tomorrow, likely just in Classic Black and Champagne Gold colour options.
