Lenovo has unveiled the Yoga Slim 7 Pro 14ARH7, a smaller alternative to the Yoga Slim 7 Pro X. Specifically, the laptop measures 312.4 x 221.4 x 14.6 mm, within which Lenovo has included a 14-inch display. Also, the Yoga Slim 7 Pro 14ARH7 starts at 1.31 kg, but only in its mylar display. Alternatively, Lenovo will offer the laptop with a glass display that will tip the scales at 1.4 kg. Incidentally, Lenovo describes the Yoga Slim 7 Pro 14ARH7 as being available in Cloud Grey and Storm Grey colour options; it is unclear whether these are tied to display types.
Separately, the machine will be configurable with Creator Edition versions of the Ryzen 5 6600HS, Ryzen 7 6800HS and the Ryzen 9 6900HS, matching the Yoga Slim 7 Pro X. Currently, neither AMD nor Lenovo have disclosed what distinguishes this generation's Creator Edition APUs from their standard counterparts. If the Ryzen 5000HS Creator Editions are anything to go by, these new Creator Edition APUs will provide higher base clock speeds than their regular counterparts. At any rate, the Ryzen 5 6600HS Creator Edition should have 6 cores, 12 threads and a Radeon 660M, compared to the 8 cores, 16 threads and Radeon 680M iGPU that the Ryzen 7 6800HS Creator Edition and Ryzen 9 6900HS Creator Edition should have.
