Acer releases new 14-inch lightweight laptop internationally with OLED display and 71 Wh battery

A few months have passed since Acer released the Swift Go 16 globally. Available with Intel Panther Lake and AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors (curr. $1,459 on Amazon), the new Swift Go 16 departs from the Snapdragon X series model we reviewed two years ago in various areas.
Now, Acer's smaller 14-inch alternative has joined the party across Europe. For the time being, the Swift Go 14 SFG14-I71 is not showing on Acer's US store. However, Acer had indicated in January at CES 2026 that the Swift Go 14 would receive a global release at some stage.
Setting that aside, the Swift Go 14 weighs in at just 1.12 kg with 310 x 218.9 x 15.6 mm dimensions. Nonetheless, the laptop contains a 71 Wh battery, which Acer claims should last up to 22 hours on a single charge. Moreover, the latest Swift Go 14 finds itself with dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, dual USB 3.2 Type-A ports, a full-sized HDMI 2.1 port and a 3.5 mm jack.
Currently, the Swift Go 14 starts at €1,399 (~$1,599) with a Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Next up is a Core Ultra 7 355-powered version for £1,199 and €1,599 (~$1,829), which retains the same memory configuration as its Core Ultra 5 325 sibling. Finally, Acer also sells a SKU in the UK with the Core Ultra 9 386H, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage for £1,899 (~$2,172). Please note that all these prices include taxes. All SKUs ship with 1200p and 60 Hz OLED displays, too.
