Lenovo launches new affordable RTX 5060 gaming laptop with thin and light design

Lenovo has introduced a new affordable gaming laptop in China, the Lecoo Fighter 7000X 2026. A big highlight is the overall design. It comes with a chassis that's as thin as 18.95mm and weighs around 1.99kg.
While it's light and thin, the gaming laptop packs a good amount of power. Lenovo is offering the system with Intel Arrow Lake processors, and the base option comes with the Intel Core 7 245HX, while the top-end option comes with the Core Ultra 7 251HX.
Both configurations are paired with the Nvidia RTX 5060, and Lenovo highlights that the GPU can deliver 115W of performance. As for the processor, it's rated for 110W, and this combination should be able to get the system to run almost all AAA games smoothly at 1080p.
Speaking of which, the Lecoo Fighter 7000X features a 16-inch display with a 180Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels. It's said to have a 100% sRGB coverage, which makes it a good pick for professional tasks as well.
The company is offering the system with 16GB of DDR5 RAM, but as it's not soldered, the memory is upgradeable. As for storage, the base config ships with a 512GB SSD, while the upper-end option comes with a 1TB SSD. Lenovo didn't explicitly mention the number of M.2 slots, but the storage should also be upgradeable (2TB Samsung SSD 9100 Pro curr. $399.99 on Amazon).
Other notable highlights of the gaming laptop include an 80Wh battery, a bundled 245W GaN charger, a decent port configuration, and availability in two colorways. The configuration with the Intel Core 245HX has a launch price of CNY 7,905, around $1,163. As for the one with the Core Ultra 251HX, it has an initial tag of CNY 8,999, about $1,324.
It's unlikely that the Lecoo Fighter 7000X will make a global debut, as Lecoo-branded products don't see a wide internal release. However, Lenovo may rebrand it under the LOQ branding.
