MSI has been busy launching new monitors over the summer, like the MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 and MPG 346CQRF X24 (curr. $410 on Amazon). Now, it has quietly released a new QD-OLED option built around Samsung Display's slowest Gen 3 panel.
Specifically, the MAG 322UP QD-OLED E16 outputs natively at 4K and 165 Hz just like the MAG 321UP before it. Not only that, but examining the pair's datasheets reveals that no differences exist either. For full clarity, we have embedded the two monitors' datasheets below. As the datasheet shows, MSI claims that the MAG 322UP QD-OLED E16 outputs at up to 250 nits in SDR mode with 1,000 nits peak HDR brightness across small areas (3% APL).
Moreover, the monitor delivers 0.03 ms GtG response times backed by AMD FreeSync Premium Pro dynamic refresh rate technology, as well as an adjustable stand and four video inputs. Currently, the MAG 322UP QD-OLED E16 is available in Taiwan for TWD 26,900 (~$876) and the UK for £898.99 (~$1,202). Given that the MAG 321UP has been sold in the US for over a year, it remains to be seen whether the MAG 322UP QD-OLED E16 will make its way to North America at this stage.
