Nitro XV273U W1: Acer unveils new 27-inch gaming monitor with 275 Hz refresh rate
IFA 2025Acer has introduced a wide range of Nitro and Predator monitors at the IFA 2025 event in Berlin. Among the latest releases is the Nitro XV273U W1. Acer’s new gaming monitor, designed for gamers in mind, comes with a 27-inch IPS screen that delivers a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (WQHD) pixels with a refresh rate of 275 Hz. These are the similar display specs found on the Acer Predator X27U (curr. at $679.99 on Amazon)
Besides the high refresh rate, the panel boasts a peak brightness of 500 nits and covers 95% DCI-P3 color coverage. Furthermore, this display offers a wide viewing angle of 178°, which is similar to the Acer Nitro XV275K V6. This Acer Nitro gaming monitor comes with AMD FreeSync Premium technology and supports a response time of 1 ms, which further ensures smooth and stutter-free gameplay, said Acer in its press release.
As for the design, the Nitro XV273U W1 features a sleek gaming-focused outlook with the black and white contrast colorway on the panel and base, respectively. Speaking of ports, Acer packs a decent set of ports into the monitor, including two HDMI 2.1, 2 DisplayPorts, and an audio port for easier connectivity. Moreover, the base of the monitor offers tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments.
The Acer Nitro XV273U W1 is priced at €279 (~$326) and will be available for purchase from Q2 2026 via Acer’s official website and other authorized retailers.
