ESR is planning to roll out its new Qi2 25W charging gear ahead of the iPhone 17 release. Belkin, Anker, and Ugreen have already introduced their upgraded Qi2 chargers, which boost wireless charging speeds to 25W, up from the 15W cap of the standard Qi2 specification.
The new lineup will be unveiled next week at the IFA 2025 trade show in Berlin and will feature ESR's upgraded CryoBoost phone cooling tech. Other than that, the company didn't reveal any model names or specific details. However, recent listings in the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) database suggest what to expect from the Berlin showcase.
The listings reveal a 3-in-1 charging station, a foldable 3-in-1 version, and two magnetic car chargers. All chargers are certified for 25W wireless charging with built-in magnets, which should help devices snap into place much like Apple’s MagSafe accessories. The 3-in-1 stand looks similar to the old Qi2 version (curr: $49.99 at Amazon) the company released earlier, while the foldable model seems targeted at those always on the go.
Also on display at the ESR IFA booth will be new screen protectors and cases for the upcoming iPhone 17. The company will also showcase its new Shift and Flex detachable keyboards for the iPad, as well as its MagSafe wallet with Find My (curr: $39.99 at Amazon) and computer mouse with a magnetic base (curr: $29.99 at Amazon).
Further details, including design, pricing, and release dates, are expected when ESR officially unveils the lineup at IFA 2025 in Berlin next week.
