Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge rumoured to be coming this month with powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-80-100 chipset

A few months have passed since details about Samsung's first Snapdragon X Elite-powered laptop surfaced online. Fast forward two months and not only has Qualcomm officially detailed multiple Snapdragon X variants, but details of various early examples have surfaced online. As a result, it appears that the Galaxy Book4 Edge will be one of many Snapdragon X series-powered devices alongside the Surface Laptop 6, Surface Pro 10, Inspiron 14 Plus, ThinkPad T14s Gen 6, Vivobook S 15 OLED and Yoga Slim 7.

Based on recent evidence, at least the Surface Laptop 6, Surface Pro 10 and Vivobook S 15 OLED will be officially revealed later this month. According to SamMobile, the same goes for the Galaxy Book4 Edge. Unfortunately, the website has not provided much information other than the laptop will be presented 'before the end of May'.

The same applies to the Surface Laptop 6, Surface Pro 10 and Vivobook S 15 OLED, which are expected to arrive on May 20. Allegedly, Samsung intends to sell the Galaxy Book4 Edge for between €1,700 and €1,800, which would put in in contention with the latest mid-range MacBook Pro 14 (curr. $1,799.99 on Amazon). Incidentally, the Galaxy Book4 Edge will join the Surface Laptop 6 to contain the 'X1E-80-100', the second-most powerful version of the Snapdragon X Elite that Qualcomm has announced thus far after the X1E-84-100.
