Deal | Lenovo's new 15-inch budget gaming laptop now even cheaper with over $500 discount
Last week, Lenovo finally released its latest budget gaming laptop in North America. Available elsewhere since the end of August, the LOQ Essential 15IRH11 is one of several LOQ-branded gaming laptops that Lenovo has introduced this year. For instance, we have already reviewed the LOQ 15 and the LOQ Essential 15IRX11 in 2026 alone (curr. $1,319 on Amazon).
Initially, Lenovo charged $1,476.99 and CAD 1,910 for the LOQ Essential 15IRH11. As we discussed at the time, this pricing includes the Core 7 230H and a GeForce RTX 3050 laptop GPU featuring 4 GB of VRAM and a 75 W TGP. Additionally, Lenovo equips the gaming laptop with a 165 Hz display, 16 GB of DDR5-5200 RAM and a 1 TB SSD.
Without warning, Lenovo has discounted the LOQ Essential 15IRH11 by 35% in the US. As a result, the 15-inch gaming laptop can now be picked up for $949, a $527 saving. Meanwhile, the same configuration currently costs CAD 1,399 in Canada, a 26% and CAD 511 saving from its CAD 1,910 MSRP.
At the time of writing, it is unclear for how long this deal will last. Likewise, Lenovo has not stated whether it only plans to offer a limited number of laptops at this price, either. Please see the company's website for more details.
