GSMArena has leaked the WP19 Pro, another rugged smartphone produced by Oukitel. Accordingly, the WP19 Pro is said to have been IP68 and IP69K certified for greater dust and water resistance than most contemporary smartphones. Oukitel is also expected to market the handset as conforming to MIL-STD-810H, a standard that is not independently verified.
Building on the WP19, the WP19 Pro will combine a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset with 12 GB of RAM and a 22,000 mAh battery. Thus, the WP19 Pro should be more powerful than its non-Pro sibling while containing a 1,000 mAh larger battery, too. Moreover, the device is expected to ship with Android 13 and 256 GB of storage that can be expanded with up to a 2 TB microSD card.
GSMArena adds that the WP19 Pro will contain a 6.8-inch LCD panel that resolves at 1080p with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 30 Hz improvement on the WP19. Oukitel will round out the handset with 33 W wired charging, 64 MP primary, 20 MP night vision, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras, all within a 29 mm thick and 592.3 g housing. Purportedly, Oukitel will outline WP19 Pro availability and pricing in December.
