Just yesterday, new details about the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra emerged online courtesy of Roland Quandt and WinFuture. Now, the pair have returned to divulge fresh information about the smaller Galaxy Tab S11. For context, their leak follows shortly after billbil-kun and Dealabs published alleged specifications for both tablets.
In short, Quandt reiterates that Samsung plans to replace the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (curr. $881 on Amazon) with a smaller successor. Built around an 11-inch AMOLED display, billbil-kun reported earlier this month that the Galaxy Tab S11 would feature a Mediatek MT6991 chipset. Inferred to be the Dimensity 9400, prior leaks identified Samsung's chosen chipset as the newer and more powerful Dimensity 9400+ instead.
Either way, the Galaxy Tab S11 is expected to be underpinned by an 8,400 mAh battery within a 253.8 x 165.3 x 5.5 mm housing that weighs 482 g. Reportedly, the tablet will match its Ultra counterpart with 45 W wired charging too, plus four speakers, two 13 MP rear-facing cameras and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity.
Currently, Quandt expects Samsung to introduce the Galaxy Tab S11 next month around IFA 2025. As it stands, the tablet should start at €899 with 128 GB of storage, which would likely correspond with $899 or $999 pricing in the US. The Galaxy Tab S11 should be available with up to 512 GB of storage though, as well as optional 5G connectivity for a further surcharge.
