Analyst reveals new colour options for Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5

Ross Young, analyst and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), has expanded upon his predictions of the colourways in which the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 will be available. To recap, Young announced in April that Samsung would offer the Galaxy Z Flip5 in four colours, with three headed to the Galaxy Z Fold5. The analyst added that these colour options did not include Samsung's various Bespoke and exclusive options that it offers through its online store.

Now, Young has shared a more comprehensive list of new colour options, with eight for the Galaxy Z Flip5 and five for the Galaxy Z Fold5. Specifically, the analyst states that Samsung will sell the Galaxy Z Flip5 in the following colours:

• Beige
• Blue
• Green
• Grey
• Light Green
• Light Pink
• Platinum
• Yellow

Supposedly, blue, green, platinum, and yellow will be limited run options for the Galaxy Z Flip5. Like earlier models, Samsung will provide specific colour options to third-party retailers, with beige, grey, light green and light pink chosen this year. Young adds that the Galaxy Z Fold5 will come in beige, black, blue, light blue and platinum colour options, although we doubt Samsung will market them as such. Instead, the company often uses prefixes, whether that be 'Phantom' or 'Bora'. Currently, Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 late next month at a Galaxy Unpacked event.
