Samsung has only just opened pre-orders for the Galaxy Watch6 series, which consists of two Galaxy Watch6 and Galaxy Watch6 Classic sizes apiece. However, the company is already offering another version of the latter in its home market of South Korea. Specifically, it has decided to offer a Golf Edition, mirroring previous Galaxy Watch releases.
This year, Samsung has made a few design changes to distinguish the Golf Edition from regular models. The new Golf Edition is functionally identical to the regular Galaxy Watch6 series though, full details of which you can find in our corresponding launch article. For reference, only the Galaxy Watch6 Classic has received a Golf Edition model.

As its promotional images show, Samsung has included a green ring around its bezel, as well as a corresponding accent on its upper hardware button. Moreover, the Golf Edition ships with black and green watch straps; the former also has green stitching. Furthermore, Samsung pre-installs its Smart Caddie app, which is a US$6.99 per month subscription service.
Currently, the Golf Edition is only available in Samsung's home market, where it retails for KRW 520,410 (~US$407). In comparison, the regular version of the Galaxy Watch6 Classic costs KRW 436,620 (~US$341) in South Korea. While Samsung has not confirmed whether it will sell the Golf Edition outside South Korea, its Galaxy Watch5-derived predecessor was available internationally.
