It is no secret that Xiaomi will be releasing the Xiaomi 15 Ultra soon. On the one hand, Xiaomi recently shared alleged camera and video samples taken with the device on Chinese social media. On the other hand, a retailer was spotted posting several Xiaomi 15 Ultra product listings ahead of schedule.
Until now, Xiaomi had been expected to present the Xiaomi 15 Ultra globally during MWC 2025. To that end, Xiaomi confirmed its attendance at the Barcelona-based conference over a month ago, having used the 2024 edition to bring the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (curr. $1,040 on Amazon) to global audiences.
However, the company has now posted teasers on X of a new 'Xiaomi Ultra reveal', which will occur tomorrow. Specifically, the reveal will take place at 12:00 UTC, presumably as a precursor to its 'the next pinnacle' event scheduled for March 2.
As far as we can tell, there are no plans for a corresponding announcement in China, where Xiaomi typically presents devices first. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen how much of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be presented tomorrow. We would expect Xiaomi to hold back at least some elements until the device's full MWC 2025 unveiling though, given previous teaser events.
