Beelink SER4 launched with an AMD Ryzen 7 4800U, 32 GB of RAM and a 500 GB SSD for US$699.99
Beelink has started selling the SER4, which is the spitting image of its predecessor that the company still sells. However, while the SER3 relies on the Ryzen 7 3750H, Beelink has instead equipped the SER4 with the newer Ryzen 7 4800U. According to our database, the Ryzen 7 4800U offers 1.53x the performance of the Ryzen 7 3750H, despite having a 20 W lower TDP.
The Ryzen 7 4800U has double the cores and threads that the Ryzen 7 3750H has though, plus a 200 MHz higher boost clock speed. Also, the Ryzen 7 4800U utilises the more efficient Renoir architecture, which AMD bases on a 7 nm node. By contrast, the Ryzen 7 3750H is a 12 nm APU with Picasso CPU cores. Additionally, the former's Radeon RX Vega 8 iGPU is considerably more powerful than the latter's Radeon RX Vega 10.
Beelink has brought over all other features from the SER3 to the SER4, including dual-channel SO-DIMM RAM, an M.2 2280 SSD and a 2.5-inch drive bay. The mini-PC has the following ports, for reference:
- 1x 3.5 mm headphone/microphone jack
- 1x DC input
- 2x HDMI
- 1x Gigabit LAN
- 1x RTC Key
- 3x USB 3.0 Type-A
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1x USB Type-C
The 126 x 113 x 40 mm mini-PC also ships with Windows 11, 32 GB of RAM and a 500 GB NVMe SSD. Currently, the Beelink SER4 retails for US$699.99. The mini-PC only ships from Banggood's Chinese warehouses, so you may incur customs duties and taxes depending on where you live.
