Anbernic RG35XX Plus: Pricing and full specifications for new retro gaming handheld confirmed

Anbernic has announced full details for the RG35XX Plus, a few days after previewing the retro gaming handheld. Initially, the RG35XX Plus will be priced at US$57.99, matching the dual boot version it announced over the summer and undercutting the original model by US$2. By default, the RG35XX Plus comes with a 64 GB MicroSD card, which Anbernic claims will hold up to 5,000 games.

Alternatively, the company offers a second option featuring an additional 128 GB MicroSD card for US$72.99, which is slated to eventually rise to US$78.99. By contrast, Anbernic states that the 64 GB edition will cost US$63.99 after its launch sale finishes. Unfortunately, it has not confirmed when this price increase will occur.

At any rate, Anbernic will sell both RG35XX Plus storage options in black transparent, grey and white finishes, pictured below. All configurations and colours will be available on November 25 at 10:00 UTC and will feature the following hardware within a 117 x 81 x 22 mm and 186 g housing:

• Allwinner H700 chipset (4x ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores/Mali-G31 MP2 GPU)
• 1 GB LPDDR4 RAM
