Blazing fast charging: New Honor Magic V6 foldable launching with massive upgrade

Honor has already officially confirmed that its Magic V6 foldable will be debuting next month during MWC 2026. For context, MWC 2026 runs between March 2 and March 6 in Barcelona. However, Honor will officially present the Magic V6 a day early on March 1.
In the meantime, a new leak has identified another way in which Honor hopes to distinguish the Magic V6 and from the existing Magic V5 (curr. $1,620 on Amazon). Specifically, the CCC has now certified the Magic V6 as supporting 120 W wired charging. Given that the Magic V5 tops out at 67 W via a wired connection, this should mean that the Magic V6 will charge significantly faster than its predecessor.
By extension, this will be true when comparing the Magic V6 against contemporaries foldables like the Galaxy Z Fold7, Pixel 10 Pro Fold and the Find N5. Also, the CCC supports prior claims that Honor will sell the Magic V6 with two model variants. Referred to as PNM-AN10 and PNM-AN20 by the regulatory body, these models are only expected to differ by the latter supporting Beidou satellite messaging.
Currently, Honor is believed to be complementing this 120 W wired charging with a circa 7,150 mAh battery. Cheaper SKUs may ship with a battery whose capacity is closer to 6,850 mAh, though. Regardless, all Magic V6 variants should ship with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
