Intel Arc-powered machines are slowly coming to market, this time with Acer and its SFX16-52G. Revealed at CES 2022 in January, the Swift X arrived in refreshed 14-inch and 16-inch variants, although only the latter received dedicated Intel GPUs. In comparison, Acer equips the SFX14-51G with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, which we have reviewed several times since its launch last May.
As the screenshots below show, Proshop has started selling the Swift X SFX16-52G in Finland. Currently available in two SKUs, the machine starts at €1,299, excluding taxes. However, both have the Intel Arc A370M, a dedicated GPU with 128 Execution Units (EUs) and 4 GB of GDDR6 VRAM running at 14 Gbps on a 64-bit memory interface. For context, VideoCardz believes that the Intel Arc A370M will near the performance of NVIDIA's GA107 GPU, which it uses in the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti.
Unfortunately, Proshop does not provide any Intel Arc A370M specifications. According to the two product listings, Proshop expects to receive stock on May 25, nearly two months after Intel officially launches its Arc GPUs. You can follow the Intel Arc Graphics launch event on the company's dedicated landing page.
