See More Tell More: DJI confirms global release for new premium vlogging camera

DJI has been teasing the release of the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro (Osmo Pocket 4P) for almost a month on Chinese social media. Currently, the company has posted multiple teaser videos on Weibo. However, it has not confirmed when the Osmo Pocket 4P will be available yet.

In the meantime, the company has revealed that its new Osmo Pocket will be receiving a global release too. Unfortunately, this release does not appear to extend to the US, whose website is free from references to the Osmo Pocket 4P unlike its Canadian and Mexican counterparts.

Embedded below, the short video is a repeat of the one that DJI shared in China on April 16. Hence, we suspect that the Osmo Pocket 4P may be available a few weeks earlier in China than elsewhere. DJI has not confirmed as much yet, though.

Instead, it has teased that the Osmo Pocket 4P features a 1-inch primary lens like the Osmo Pocket 4 and Osmo Pocket 3 before it (curr. $499 on Amazon). Additionally, the vlogging camera also features a dedicated 3x telephoto camera. While DJI is not sharing too many details about the Osmo Pocket 4P for now, hands-on videos have now been posted across Chinese social media.
