KT Pocket is now selling the KT-R1, an Android gaming handheld that the company debuted in December 2020. Most recently, KT Pocket hoped to start selling the KT-R1 by December 10. However, initial pricing remains active on the company's website; Liliputing reports that KT Pocket started accepting orders today too.
To recap, the KT-R1 combines a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset with a 4.5-inch display. According to KT Pocket, the small display operates at 1,620 x 1,080 pixels in a 3:2 aspect ratio and is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery. Supposedly, the KT-R1 will last up to 10 hours between charges. It is worth keeping in mind that KT Pocket's battery estimate falls as low as 6 hours, depending on the game being played.
