It appears that ASUS has revealed launch pricing for the Zenfone 10, the follow-up to last year's Zenfone 9. Little has been seen of the Zenfone 10, besides last month's Geekbench appearance. While the company has not officially commented on the whereabouts of its next flagship yet, it has asked fans to vote on a series of photos to help 'refine Zenfone 10's camera system'.
Currently, ASUS provides two options for providing feedback, either as a 'visitor' or after logging into an ASUS account. Completing the survey after signing in will automatically enter you into a competition to win a free Zenfone 10, for which there will be three winners. ASUS only mentions this stipulation in its T&Cs, where it also references the Zenfone 10's 'approximate retail value'.
As the image below shows, ASUS has set this at US$749. In other words, it seems that the Zenfone 10 will be US$50 more expensive than the entry-level Zenfone 9, which starts with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It remains to be seen whether this year's cheapest Zenfone SKU will receive a storage upgrade though; for example, the Zenfone 9 costs at least US$749.99 with 256 GB of storage. ASUS' competition runs until June 29, implying that a late June or early July release could be on the cards.
