Gigabyte has expanded its gaming monitor offering with multiple examples. All demonstrated this week at CES 2024 in Las Vegas, the monitors all rely on OLED panels albeit from differing suppliers and at varying sizes. Please note that we have covered the AORUS FO32U2P separately because of the volume of information that Gigabyte has already revealed thus far.
By contrast, less is known about the AORUS FO27Q3, FO32U2, MO34WQC and MO34WQC2. As their names suggest, Gigabyte distinguishes the four monitors with 27-inch, 32-inch (31.5) and 37-inch panel sizes. Additionally, while the AORUS FO27Q3 and AORUS FO32U2 utilise Samsung QD-OLED panels, Gigabyte has chosen an LG Display-derived WOLED panel for the MO34WQC and MO34WQC2. Based on details released so far, the four upcoming AORUS monitors will deliver the following specifications:
- AORUS FO27Q3
- 2,560 x 1,440 resolution, 360 Hz refresh rate
- AORUS FO32U2
- 3,840 x 2,160 resolution, 240 Hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.1 FRL 12G connectivity
- AORUS MO34WQC
- 3,440 x 1,440 resolution, 240 Hz refresh rate, 21:9 aspect ratio
- AORUS MO34WQC2
- 3,440 x 1,440 resolution, 240 Hz refresh rate, 21:9 aspect ratio, 0.03 ms GtG response times, 99% DCI-P3 colour space coverage, curved panel
Unfortunately, Gigabyte has not confirmed pricing or availability for any of the monitors listed above. However, TFT Central expects all to be launched during 1H 2024, with the AORUS MO34WQC2 arriving later this quarter.
