Samsung is not expected to replace the Galaxy S25 series for a few months yet. In the meantime, the company is anticipated to bring its first tri-foldable smartphone to market. Based on recent leaks, the so-called Galaxy Z Trifold could have more about it than just a Galaxy Z Fold7 (curr. $1,899 on Amazon) with an ultra-wide inner display too.
Nonetheless, leakers have already turned their attention to the Galaxy S26 series. As we have discussed previously, SmartPrix published render images of not just the Galaxy S26 Edge and Galaxy S26 Pro, but also the series-leading Galaxy S26 Ultra, after images of dummy units surfaced a few days earlier. Now, Android Headlines and OnLeaks have followed suit by publishing higher-quality Galaxy S26 Ultra render images of their own.
Referred to as an 'exclusive leak' by Android Headlines, the render images and accompanying merely reiterate what leaked dummy units revealed earlier this month. Ultimately, the new images show the Galaxy S26 Ultra in greater detail before its early 2026 release. Moreover, the next Galaxy S Ultra is said to be a hair taller than its predecessor at 163.4 mm versus 162.8 mm for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Likewise, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will be 0.2 mm wider at 77.9 mm. Conversely, the device will drop to 7.8~7.9 mm from the 8.2 mm thickness of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. With that being said, the Galaxy S26 Ultra's main camera housing will be circa 4.5 mm thick, just like the Galaxy Z Fold7 before it.
