Garmin issues new beta update for Fenix 7, Fenix 7X, Fenix 7S, Epix 2, Enduro 2, Quatix 7, and MARQ Gen 2 to resolve outstanding bugs

Beta Version 15.74 is now live for various Garmin smartwatches. In its forum post, Garmin explains that Beta Version 15.74 is available for the Fenix 7, Fenix 7X, Fenix 7S, Epix 2, Enduro 2, Quatix 7, and MARQ Gen 2, which all feature the same changelog. For reference, Beta Version 15.74 is a leap forward from Beta Version 15.71 that Garmin introduced nearly two weeks ago.

As always, the company claims that its latest beta update provides a smoother and more refined user experience from earlier builds. However, it is worth noting that Garmin has stopped short of updating the Fenix 7 Pro, Fenix 7X Pro, Fenix 7S Pro and Epix 2 Pro. This should only be a temporary delay though, with the company hinting that Beta Version 15.74 will reach these devices towards the end of this week.

In the same forum post, Garmin states that Beta Version 15.74 principally tackles four issues, including potential modifications to the app list and widget glances lists after a software update. Moreover, the new update should resolve shutdowns associated with smart notification images and glitches with audio prompts when approaching roundabouts. Also, Fenix 7, Fenix 7X, Fenix 7S, Epix 2, Enduro 2, Quatix 7, and MARQ Gen 2 owners will benefit from updated translations, although Garmin has not provided any details about this change.
