The Vivo X200s will be arriving later this month alongside the X200 Ultra and a slew of other Vivo devices. Having already teased various details about its new Ultra flagship, Vivo has now spilt the beans on the X200s and how it improves upon the existing X200.

Oppo has now delivered its mid-cycle refresh of the Find X8 series, which it released yesterday as the Find X8s, Find X8s Plus and the Find X8 Ultra. Vivo is not far behind with alternatives of its own, though. While it revealed its full plans for its April 21 launch event earlier this month, it has primarily focused on its alternative to the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and Galaxy S25 Ultra (curr. $1,099.99 on Amazon) in early teasers.

Having already extensively detailed the X200 Ultra, Vivo has now turned to showcasing the X200s in greater detail. For example, the latter will feature a 6,200 mAh battery for a 400 mAh improvement over last year's X200. Nonetheless, the Vivo X200s will not grow in thickness beyond the 8 mm of the X200.

Moreover, the X200s is slated to launch with 40 W wireless and 90 W wired charging that Vivo may afford to the X200 Ultra as well. Vivo has confirmed that the former contains a 6.67-inch OLED display too that resolves at the same resolution as the X200. Although a 120 Hz refresh rate also returns, it will be joined by an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that the X200 lacks.

On top of that, Vivo has showcased a few camera samples taken at 85 mm and 100 mm equivalent focal lengths. Based on the images above, the X200s will have a 23 mm primary camera, compared to the 35 mm equivalent inside the X200 Ultra. With that being said, the default camera app will provide 35 mm and 50 mm modes, too. Supposedly, the X200s will pack three 50 MP rear-facing cameras leveraging Sony IMX921, Samsung ISOCELL JN1 and Sony LYT-600 sensors as primary, ultra-wide-angle and 3x telephoto lenses, respectively. Vivo has not confirmed as much yet, though.
